Description
日式牛丼飯（最簡單）
準備材料
加拿大穀飼肥牛片 200g

洋蔥 半個（切條）

白飯 2碗

雞蛋（可選） 1隻

醬汁材料
水 2杯

日式醬油 4湯匙

味醂 2湯匙

糖 1茶匙

步驟
解凍
肥牛片提前一晚放雪櫃下格解凍。煮前10分鐘取出室溫回溫，用廚房紙輕輕印乾。

煮醬汁
鍋中倒入水、醬油、味醂、糖，煮滾成味汁。

煮洋蔥
放入洋蔥條，中火煮約3分鐘至洋蔥變軟。

灼肥牛
保持滾起狀態，將肥牛片逐片放入鍋中，煮約30秒至變色即可熄火（一滾即關火）。

上碗
將肥牛同洋蔥鋪上白飯，淋上鍋中湯汁。可加一隻生蛋黃或溫泉蛋。

貼士
呢個做法最保留肥牛原味，加拿大穀飼牛本身帶甜，唔使太多調味

湯汁可以多少少，撈飯一流
