Delivery Arrangements
Free Delivery:
Orders with a net value of HKD 500 or above (after applying discounts and promotions) qualify for free delivery.
Delivery Fee for Small Orders:
For orders below HKD 500, a delivery fee will apply (limited to a single delivery address).
Delivery Coverage:
Excludes outlying islands (except Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, and Ma Wan) and restricted areas.
For certain addresses (e.g., walk-up buildings or village houses), customers may need to collect their orders at designated locations (e.g., ground floor for tenement buildings or village entrance for rural houses).
If the delivery location lifts an elevator, customers must collect their orders at the ground floor or lobby.
Weather & Emergency Disruptions:
Delivery services will be suspended during typhoon signal No. 8 or higher, black rainstorm warnings, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe traffic congestion).
We will contact you to reschedule delivery.
No compensation will be provided for delays, rescheduling, or order cancellations due to these reasons.
Delivery Timeframe:
All orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
Third-Party Logistics:
You agree that we may use third-party vendors to deliver products to your address.
Upon delivery, please sign the delivery note to confirm receipt of the correct items.
Ownership and risk of the products transfer to you once delivered, and we assume no further liability.
